Each time you visit our office for treatment, please bring your insurance card with you so we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims.

In-House Dental Discount Plan
The Dental Discount Plan at A Lifetime of Smiles is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. With our Dental Discount Plan (unlike insurance) there are no yearly maximums, no deductibles, no pre-existing condition limitations, and no waiting periods. Contact us for details on pricing.

Full Payment Discount and Senior Citizen Discount

We’re proud to offer a 5% discount to non-insured patients who arrange to pay for their treatments up-front and in full. We also offer a 5% discount for senior citizens.
